2026 Fall Product Program
Summer is going, going, gone…and Fall is fast approaching! While you’re getting set up for “back to troop” and your first meetings, don’t forget to include preparations for the Fall Product Program! This is the perfect time to replenish your troop funds for all those fun winter plans. The 2026 Fall Product Program begins September 30th, 2026.
Fall Product Training for Volunteers
Once Fall Product training has been completed by our staff and you have completed your Product Program Champion Agreement, you will be granted access to it in gsLearn. To be included in the initial upload in to M2OS, complete your gsLearn training by September 23rd, 2026. If trainings are completed after this date, volunteers will be added to the M2 system on an ongoing basis. Please note, this process is manually completed by staff and can take up to 2 business days to add new users to the platform. We appreciate your patience.

Important Fall Product Dates
- Date TBD – gsLearn training available for volunteers (w/ completed agreement)
- September 22nd – Deadline to complete Fall Product Program Training in gsLearn for initial access
- September 23rd – Early access to M2OS for Volunteers (w/ completed agreement and gsLearn training)
- September 30th – Program Start; Caregiver/girl access to M2OS
- October 22nd – Last day for TFPCs to make changes to their delivery site address (VIA response to GSCB email ONLY)
- October 28th -Troop Reward Opt-Out deadline (Juniors and up who collectively decide to opt out)
- November 1st – Last day for caregivers & Troop/SU FPC to enter paper order card orders (if the TFPC is collecting order cards for entry, collect BEFORE this date) AND Rewards selection deadline
- November 14th – Begin Delivery Week to Troop Fall Product Champions
- November 30th – Girl Deadline to deliver Customer In-person Delivery Orders
- December 4th – TFPC receives email notification informing of ACH amount
- December 7th – Deadline to submit the Caregiver Debt Form and/or ACH Extension Request
- December 11th – ACH occurs
