Cookie Training for Volunteers

Volunteers who have completed their Product Program Champion Agreement will be granted access to Cookie Training in gsLearn starting November 14th. Volunteers who have completed their gsLearn training will be granted access to eBudde and Digital Cookie on or after Dec. 15th. Please allow at least one business day for the eBudde welcome email to arrive in your inbox.

The email linked to your MYGS account will be the email that your Digital Cookie access email goes to. Ensure that email is correct in your Membership Account, and remind the caregivers in your troop to do the same!

GSCB Office Holiday Closure Notice and the effect on Training and System Uploads: 

Due to holiday closures, we strongly recommend that Troop Cookie Champion volunteers and caregivers complete their agreement(s) at their earliest convenience.

This ensures that:

1. Trainings can be assigned promptly when they go live in November.
2. Volunteers have time to complete their required trainings before December 18, 2025 (midnight), allowing our staff to complete necessary uploads for the final time this year the following morning.

Remember:

• If agreements and required training(s) are not completed by this time, no further imports will take place until after the office reopens in January.
• If a caregiver already completed their GSCB Family Product Program agreement for the Fall Product Program, they do not need to complete it again for the Cookie Program. The Troop Leadership should have copies of the forms for each girl (received via email).
• Volunteer and Girl Scout Import/Upload process for all Product Programs is a manual process by our staff. It can take up to 2 business days after an agreement and/or training is completed for girls and volunteers to be added to our Product Program systems – this is also noted in the automated agreement confirmation emails.
