DESCRIPTION:Opting Out of rewards is for Junior\, Cadette\, Senior and Ambassador troops that collectively and unanimously choose not to receive the physical rewards items. Girls will still receive patches if the troop opts out. Remember\, troops who opt out receive an additional 5% in proceeds on top of the base 15% proceed for a total of 20% proceeds on all items sold during the Fall Product Program. \nNote – this action can only be completed by the Troop Fall Product Champion and Product Program staff. Once a troop has opted out of rewards in the M2 system\, the action cannot be undone.

DESCRIPTION:Shortage and Damages Form – It is the responsibility of each receiving party to verify and sign for the received products/rewards. If a TFPC or caregiver representative signs off on the received items\, and shortages are revealed after said delivery\, the financial responsibility then falls on that party to compensate council for any reported missing product. Missing or damaged products (in person girl delivery products ONLY) or rewards that were delivered should be immediately reported to GSCB via the Damages/Shortages form the day of delivery or as soon as possible.
